Saturday, September 17, 2022 - Crisp, fresh, and delicious on the palate with plenty of lime, green apple and grapefruit notes amidst hints of creaminess to the texture. Bits of brioche, tart white fruit, and ginger on the finish. A hit with Thai food from The Yard Food Park in Salem, OR. Half bottle.
