Wednesday, September 21, 2022 - Very old school/traditional CdP which is totally in my wheelhouse. Medium plus ruby. Effusive aromas of kirsch, lavender, rosemary, dried thyme, with a hint of coffee like torréfaction. Medium bodied with medium tannin. This is Burgundy on steroids. Medium plus finish . Needs another couple years to really come together.
