  • Very old school/traditional CdP which is totally in my wheelhouse. Medium plus ruby. Effusive aromas of kirsch, lavender, rosemary, dried thyme, with a hint of coffee like torréfaction. Medium bodied with medium tannin. This is Burgundy on steroids. Medium plus finish . Needs another couple years to really come together.

  • Your nose is greeted with a blast of green olives, peppery herbs, thyme, oregano, flowers and kirsch. Medium-bodied, fresh juicy and with a touch of citrus to accompany the peppery kirsch, this needs just a year or two before it really begins to show well. The wine was produced from mostly Grenache blended with various, assorted, AOC allowed varietals. Drink from 2023 - 2035
