Monday, September 26, 2022 - Decanted for an hour and chilled to about 50 degrees F. Lots of lemon pulp and zest, focused acidity, sweet/sour mouthfeel. I recommend a two-hour decant right now: This wine needs time. And then, it's really worth your time...so complex and fun to enjoy over a couple of hours!
