Monday, October 10, 2022 - A very impressive showing of Bourg. Dense and elegant, long and complex, balanced and focused.Silky tanins, freshness on the palate, pepperbell and floral aromas, crushed blackberry, cedar, truffle, hints of earthiness. Already delicious and can only benefit of a further aging IMO.
