Wednesday, October 12, 2022 - I'm still not sure I know what Gaglioppo tastes like, unless it is contributing the slightly pruney note to this wine. Whatever the grapes, this is a nicely structured easy-drinking Italian red, more acidic than tannic. At $22, this is a good value, one of many high-quality Italian reds at that price point.
