Friday, October 14, 2022 - Two hour decant. Killed with rib eye, mushrooms and mashed potates. Upon opening the Iron like Syrah characteristics were too prevelant so into the decanter it went. Ver integrated with time, no tannin, the mouvedre and the carignane came thorugh after the decant and made softness that really paired well witht he creaminess of the mashed potatoes
