Monday, October 17, 2022 - Beaujolais usually reminds me of red Burgundy. This one reminds me more of a northern Rhone Syrah!

Olive tapenade, herbal, bramble, yogurt. Kind of fruit backward, though there are some blueberry, black currant and black currant notes. Some animal notes too. Med body with medium - acid and medium tannin. Drink now or age it 2-4 years.
