Sunday, October 23, 2022 - This is still giving beautifully. Had over a four day period and it softened a bit over the period but held tight to its rich roots all along. Nose was plummy and leathery. Palate was viscous, fully of dark fruit, moderate heat, some spice background and a long supple finish.
