Sunday, October 23, 2022 - Decanted two hours before lunch and paired with roast lamb. Poured a small glass on opening which showed a hint of age in appearance and had a whiff of brett that blew off quickly. Incredible concentration on the palate with more secondary than primary flavours and a very long finish.

At lunch this was really singing, with a great range of aromas and flavours and a beautiful smoothness on the palate. A very good bottle of a very good wine.
