Friday, October 28, 2022 - Deep dark carmine, opaque, widely spaced legs @13.5% abv. Nose of blackberries, licorice, lead pencil, bay leaf, dark chocolate. Dry, medium (-) acidity, medium -medium(+) tannin, medium (+) alcohol and medium,,,(+)-full body. Blueberry, blackberry jam, earth, licorice, leather, vanilla and milk chocolate. Concentrated fruit, dense and with depth. Good length with pronounced role for the fruit notes and the firm, yet supple tannins in the finish.
