Wednesday, November 30, 2022 - Modernist Cornas producer, very oaky at the opening but can smell smoked meat, blackberry and plum. Oak integrates after 1 hour of decant, palate is olive, more dark fruit forward with minerality at the end. Long finish. Very enjoyable now, can improve in the long run.
