Thursday, December 1, 2022 - A bit subdued after the bombastic style of the '52 Berbarana, but a wonderful wine in its own right. After an hour it was in a better place and was showing more confidence and persistence.

Subtle nose, delicate aroma's of mushrooms, cassis, old leather, something wild and barnyard-like. The sandy tannins are soft but plentiful. The finish is feminine and distinguished. What elegance, what refinement!
