Thursday, December 15, 2022 - Popped and poured. Spicy aroma of black fruit with a little strawberry. Rich but slightly tart flavors of cherry and minerals. Tingly finish. Young, delicious, vibrant. Still a few rough edges but already compelling. Classic Etna rosso, decent price.
