Sunday, December 18, 2022 - Concentrated fruit that screams, I am from Gevrey. Combine this with a salinity that smells and tastes like low tide at the ocean. Oyster shell minerality. Dark brooding Burgundy. Rugged tannin on the finish gives this a slightly hot finish. I will hold my other bottles for a few more years.
