Tuesday, December 20, 2022 - Still young and primary yet drinking beautifully. Blackberry, black cherry, roasted meat, cinnamon, and walnut shell on the nose. Tastes of blackberry, black cherry, garrigue, and cinnamon on the palate. Great acidity with chalky tannins and a long, peppery finish.
