Tuesday, December 20, 2022 - Peach, blossom, mandarin orange, Meyer lemon, apricot, over-ripe pineapple, hay, butter, and subtle clove, crushed granite and salinity. Light phenolic texture. Deep golden-apricot color, bright and clear. Full body with unctuous texture that is both lively and round with a light clean finish due to the medium-plus acid. 100% Mantonico, it appears.
