Saturday, December 24, 2022 - Finishing the balance of my previously Coravin'd bottle, this adds 1-2pts as the fruit is no longer dominant or quite so sweet. Overall much better balanced and now capable of pairing w beef. Slight black pepper / spice note on the front-palate finish.
