Wednesday, December 28, 2022 - Inky black-purple, slight sign of garnet aging at the rim despite being very young and primary.

Nose had cigar tobacco, mulled wine spices and pepper.

Palette was very sweet up front giving way to savory notes of mushroom and smooth light tobacco. Bit of cherry but not overly fruity. Smooth light tannins, good acidity, fairly long sour green apple notes at finish.
