Sunday, January 1, 2023 - Dark yellow / Golden / honey

Nose :Not the most pronounced nose, with Almond and methylated spirit (red spirit), eventually some green apple

Palate: almond, plum stone, peach .
Light and quite complex, refreshing, very nice med/high acid, nice spritzy mouthfeel . Small bubbles that stays on the tongue.

Definitely very good, but was not blown away
