Monday, January 9, 2023 - Pale ruby, garnet at edge. Medium intensity nose. Pomegranate blackberry red cherry. Red vines even. Eucalyptus and licorice. Secondary cloves and coffee. Tertiary caramel. Lots to like and a lot going on!, especially on the nose. Lots of layers. Palette has staying power (and is pretty intense for a burg) with a long finish does still need time it seems as acidity and tannins are still pretty aggressive.
