Tuesday, January 10, 2023 - Wow. Aired for 2 hours. Dark inky purple in the glass. Currents with hint if raisen on the nose. Silly smooth plum jam in the mouth. Tertiary notes if tobacco and horse leather in the aftertaste. Pretty sure at its peak right now, but I've got a couple of bottles left so I'm going to find out if it gets better
