Sunday, April 26, 2009 - Decanted 3 hours. Beautiful perfumed nose of cocoa. Mouth - very silky and round, decent fruit structure but then a gorgeous chocolate and cocoa midpalate. Almost tastes like a dessert, but fully dry. Went best with some medium strength cheeses. Far from a fruit bomb, and not appealing to those in the group looking for a fruit driven wine. This was ultimately a very classy cuvee.
