Thursday, December 1, 2022 - Cuvée 121 degorged October 2022. Yellow apples, lemon, brioche, hazelnut, cream, vanilla and mushroom on the nose. Also some gentle oxidative notes. Fresh and fruity on the palate. Good mouthfeel and full bodied. Creamy texture. Good length. Very good wine. 91p
