Friday, January 13, 2023 - While still retaining the lighter red fruit profile, the fruit seems to have slipped since I last tasted this vintage, the acidity rising, throwing balance off. I think it may have needed more time to open up in the glass, and stoppered the remaining half bottle to retaste tomorrow... to be continued.
