Monday, April 27, 2009 - Fresh and intense cut grass and gooseberry aromas. Nice crunchy citrus fruit on the palate. A touch of weight on the mid palate from the semillon. Nicely balanced. Fresh, lively, clean and refreshing. Perfect partner for a spicy Asian stir fry.
