Saturday, January 28, 2023 - Pronounced nose intensity with notes of earth, forest floor, cooked black fruits, spices, cedar and toast. Medium+ acidity and medium tannin. Tannin fully resolved and smooth. In its peak drinking window. Did not decant and let wine develop in the glass. Consistent with previous notes.
