Sunday, January 29, 2023 - The colour is dark cherry with hints of pigeon blood on the rim. The nose has wonderful notes of lead pencil shavings and cedar and cassis. It’s quite tightly wound and unyielding. The palate is much more generous with cassis and very fine boned tannins and minerality. Not a big wine but such a classy and finely balanced wine. Really rather good.
