Sunday, January 29, 2023 - Very open and aromatic at the beginning. Black fruit and violet, with a hint of spice, pepper, and a very light smokiness. On the palate, medium (+) acidity, tannins are well integrated. Mostly savory, not a heavy bold wine, but a medium bodied wine showing the delicacy of Cote Rotie. Really liked it paired with lamb chop and asparagus.
