Friday, February 3, 2023 - 1990 Bordeaux plus X (Restaurant Brunnenstube, Beinstein): Medium amber color, fine Mousseux. At first seemed to be completely past peak, but with time and air it developed fine, dense mineral notes and a nice creaminess. Noticeable sweetness. Medium finish. Yes, it is past its prime, but still drinks nicely. 90-91
