Monday, February 6, 2023 - Napa 2023: the quieter version; 2/6/2023-2/11/2023 (Napa/Sonoma California): Love love love this wine. It’s very much the aged champagne so you have to like the more nutty notes and maybe just a touch of oxidation but not so bad. Still quite a vibrant and happy wine. Drinking very well. Not as easy to find these days and definitely not as easy to find at a semi-reasonable price point so we aren’t drinking a ton of them but it is quite enjoyable.
