Tuesday, January 17, 2023 - 17012023 - Aussie themed lunch at Noble Mansion. My bottle to compare horizontally to the great Grange from bro Hann Sze. Well made shiraz from a well known producer in Barossa. Rich plum & black fruit, fruitcake notes, nicely developing some chocolate nibs layered with faint hint of cloves. Refined & supple with polished tannins. Enjoyable finish with plenty of dark fruit as it backbone
