Saturday, February 18, 2023 - A beautiful young white Burgundy that gives a glimpse of the wine it will become, as it evolved over two hours. White flowers and lemon/lime on the nose. Same fruit profile following through on to the palate, with only a hint of oak, but really developing and changing over time, with a nice line of acidity. Certainly no rush with Thomas' wines and this has some way to go to reach maturity.
