  Lovely, floral aromas with lime and other yellow fruits. Soft, delicate and seductive in the mouth. Lacks maybe some concentration.

  A beautiful young white Burgundy that gives a glimpse of the wine it will become, as it evolved over two hours. White flowers and lemon/lime on the nose. Same fruit profile following through on to the palate, with only a hint of oak, but really developing and changing over time, with a nice line of acidity. Certainly no rush with Thomas' wines and this has some way to go to reach maturity.

  Been almost 12 months since I last opened on of these. I kept looking at it on the shelf but found the last couple of bottles needing to see the piercing acidity mellow. The great news is that this has mellowed. Now the balance seems much more harmonious.
  
  This has a bit of a match stick/ gun flint profile on the nose. Some white stoned fruits. Sour fruits on the palate. Lime and citrus fruits. Grapefruit. Shows good clarity, good energy and lots of focus.
  I’m really enjoying the wines from this domaine. This is ageing beautifully.

  Similar characteristics to 2017 Chassagne baudines recently opened. This has a bit more or a match stick/ fun flint profile.
  Bit more sour fruits. Lime and citrus fruits. Grapefruit. Again, showing good clarity, good energy and lots of focus.
