Thursday, February 16, 2023 - {Purchased on release, perfect fill, sound cork; dinner with LT, DE, ND} Reticent nose to start, filled out nicely as warmed up [I think we drank it too cold to start}. Eventually quite perfumed; Lime, orchard fruits, and almost oily in terms of concentration, lots of stony minerals in the mix while still quite full of fruit. Great balance. As usual a winner wine, I do not think this is at peak yet.
