Sunday, February 26, 2023 - Medium ruby red. Layered nuances on the nose with spices, sweet plums, purple flowers and mint chocolate. Concentrate on the palate with medium plus acidity, medium tannins (5.5/10) and a medium plus body. A bit savory on the palate with bacon fat, plums, raspberries and perfumed. Long and lingering finish. Drink till 2040.
