Friday, February 17, 2023 - Very special vulcanic terroir in Thann. Orange color (due to aging) for this sweet style pinot Gris. Honey covered pineapple with spices. Sweet with subtle acidity. Alcohol fully Integrated. At end of it's peak now. Drink now. True grand cru ! Best wine of 2023 thusfar.
