Friday, March 17, 2023 - Drank at La Cagouille. Apparently this bottle is Les Vireuils fruit. Mid yellow. Slight flinty nose with citrus and stone fruit. Palate clean. Citrus, stone fruit and flint. Classic Coche with superbly balanced acidity, fruit, minerals and length. A hint of mint at the end? Perhaps lacking a little body and complexity but nonetheless an impressive wine.
