Saturday, March 18, 2023 - Light dusty strawberry juice colour. Slight volatile but still coherent and balanced. Bruised strawberries and smokiness. Dry and precise acidity and almost piercing intensity. Red vermouth and campari with light strawberries. Great stuff. Drink now or keep for later, but do drink.
