Thursday, March 30, 2023 - I wanted to try this given all the rave reviews. Decanted for an hour before diving in. Didn't take enough notes. Lots of depth with dark fruits and notes of wet leaves and charcoal. Not my preferred style, but this paired great with a nice charcuterie board.
