Monday, March 27, 2023 - A fine bottle of Muscadet this opened with a pale colour and a fresh nose of melon, gooseberry, oyster shell and the sea. On the palate there is plenty of grip and oyster shell minerality balanced by touches of honeydew, gooseberry and lemon zest. Thoroughly delicious drinking.
