Saturday, April 1, 2023 - A private dinner with friends (Restaurant Rijsel, Amsterdam, NL): Marvellous freshness, fruit and purity, very youthful and mildly yeasty, completely natural but clean as a whistle, mild tannins, silky fruit, long and flowing finish, roses and strawberries.
