Saturday, April 8, 2023 - This estate removed a part of an olive grove to plant this vineyard (hence the name). 2010 was an excellent Brunello vintage. Opened but not decanted 1 hour before drinking. Blackish red color. An old world earthy Brunello with licorice, blueberry, black olive and leather notes.the tannins were integrated and this had a round finish. Even better on day 2. 93 points
