Friday, April 14, 2023 - Part of a Zin and Burger night with my wine group. Unlike my previous bottle I still had some food left when we got to this one. At first I was concerned that it wasn't gong to be very good, as the initial taste was lacking in all the things I like about Zin. But after about 10 minutes in the glass (and it was open for an hour at this point), it blossomed. It still seems a light light bodied for a Zin, but it was very enjoyable.
