Wednesday, April 5, 2023 - Over breakfast at Hotel Arts, Barcelona. Disgorged 07’2022. Medium straw-golden colour. Apple, citrus, shy berry notes, acacia, fennel, nuts, bread crust, biscuit, and a hint of smoke, with good acidity and good length. The mousse is perceived as lightly coarse (but not unpleasant).
