Friday, April 28, 2023 - Amazing for a 15yo wine. Complex, fresh, some citrus, mostly stone fruit aromas.
Stunning palate. The old vines bring their inevitable additional flavour and balance and the impression of lower acid, yet not. Wonderful weight. Amazing flavours for just 11.5 alcohol. Drinking wonderfully but could well do so for another 20 years.
