Saturday, April 29, 2023 - PnP minimal air. Took about an hour to open. Nice integration. Pauillac pencil lead blends with dusty Rutherford tannins while the fruit shines through the finish and mid palate, Mostly blueberry and black Cherry. I thought it may have overpowered hibachi sushi but the opposite as the raw umami flavors paired quite nicely. While it will hold longer im drinking the rest in a year or two.
