Friday, May 5, 2023 - Negoce face-off at Bellyhappychef: Guessed this was a house from a warmer vintage like ‘09 or ’12. Had a slightly natural nose but the palate had a typical broad-shouldered, yeasty house style. Got much better at a warmer temperature, very clean and precise raspberry fruit. Gastronomic sort of champagne that went well with food, approachable for ‘08.
