Monday, May 8, 2023 - UNP. Color straw. Nose has citrus laced pear and pineapple. Swishing shows acid and RS. Both are resolving but still prominent. the acid keeps this from being heavy. I think that this has lots of life ahead. Has been 10 yrs since I tasted last. Will give it another 5-10 to try again

After a week in fridge this is even more perky. Fruit dense acid too but RS more subdued. I think that this will be amazing more age. Love it
