UNP. Color straw. Nose has citrus laced pear and pineapple. Swishing shows acid and RS. Both are resolving but still prominent. the acid keeps this from being heavy. I think that this has lots of life ahead. Has been 10 yrs since I tasted last. Will give it another 5-10 to try again
After a week in fridge this is even more perky. Fruit dense acid too but RS more subdued. I think that this will be amazing more age. Love it

Decent value with a clear gold color and piercing aromas of fruit and rainy stone. very tangy with a sweet balance. At only 9% ABV one can enjoy this on a summer's day.

My last note was a little lukewarm on this one, but it is really drinking well right now. Rich and dense fruit, with significant structure balancing the RS. really would have guessed spatlese if tasted blind. i bought some on close out and plan to hold for awhile.

Light straw color. Spritzy nose of lemons and chalk dust. On the palate the wine showed mostly flavors of ripe apple and citrus with some minerality. Sharp mouthfeel with high acidity. Clean and crisp with a touch of sweetness on the back end. Paired very well with sushi.

Fresh, zippy, off dry and perfectly balanced. Lovely nose of limes, orchard fruits (especially peaches) and a whiff of petrol; off dry (a little more than expected for a kabinett), but balanced with perfect acidity and tangy, juicy oranges, orchard fruits, a touch of lime, and lemon zest; long, mouthwatering finish, ending finally in apples and melons. Delicious and a great value.

From memory. Definitely a sweet kabinett, woo wee! Really great flavor, peach, mango, tropical etc. and good acidity. But this is what I'd call a spatlese, not the classic kabinett in any sense of the word. I'd have this for a cocktail any day of the week this summer. Great value.

Unscrewed and poured. nose a little reductive with peaches. On palate this seems rich on entry but acid lightens it up and makes it more kabinett. Balance and texture very nice. Hitting above its weight and really very nice.

Theise/Skurnik DI tasting. Fresh peaches and pears with more richness than I'd expect from a Kabinett in any other vintage; elegant and nicely balanced. Very good.

Consistent with previous bottle. A bit simple but otherwise a solid kabinett to pair with spicy thai and indian dishes. Excellent acidity.

Medium yellow. Rich, honeyed, moderately sweet and full of tropical fruit. Would never have guessed this to be a Kabinett.

Not a lot on the nose but the fruit is very forward on the palate. Juicy in feel yet somewhat flabby.
